I am going to be more specific with my NYR’s,
Exercise 3 times a week
Eat as little processed foods as possible
No more candy (except for special occasions, a trip to the grocery store doesn’t count)
Now that I’ve put that out into bloggyland, y’all can keep me accountable:)
