I was afraid this challenge was coming
Since I was married (except for when I was working) I have never been successful at setting and sticking to a waking time. It is something I have tried to do again and again. I think part of my problem is my lack of discipline when it come to going to bed the night before. But I am committed to getting better in this area, so here is my plan. The time I should be getting up each day in order to get myself ready and have my quiet time before the kids wake up is 6:30. How about you?

I agree, the bedtime & waking up time seem to be a vicious cycle.
You’re speaking to the queen night owl! So I totally understand. We can help each other out! Good luck, too!

Thats my problem too- going to bed at a good time the night before. Good luck to you too!
I know it is difficult, I still struggle with in this area too.

Thanks for coming by my blog.
That’s so funny! Right before I read this post I was just thinking that I really should be going to bed! I think sometimes us moms only get quiet time when everyone else is in bed though, so it’s really hard to go to bed when we should!
I get up at 6:10 with my hubby, he leaves about 6:45, then I have about an hour usually before my little sunshine gets up.
I need to do this, too! I used to be better about it, but lately I’ve been going to bed so late, too, that it is tempting to hit snooze until the kids get up! The days I do get up early, though, really do go so much smoother!
